Golden Tree's jury is an independent network of industry chiefs, founders, senior consultants, and academic specialists. If you have ten or more years of senior-level experience in your industry, we'd like to hear from you.
Golden Tree juries are recruited to bring deep, relevant expertise to each category. We look for individuals with proven track records, publicly visible work, and strong professional judgement. The criteria below describe the typical profile — exceptions are made for genuinely outstanding candidates whose experience speaks for itself.
Two years, renewable once. Maximum service: four years total.
10–25 nominees per cycle; 8–15 hours of structured evaluation time.
Reimbursement of incidental expenses; no fee for evaluations.
Mandatory orientation workshop before first evaluation.

The jury committee reviews applications quarterly. Candidates matching the profile proceed to a video interview.

Successful applicants attend a virtual onboarding workshop covering criteria, ethics policies, and the evaluation platform.
New jurors are paired with an experienced co-juror on their first cycle to ensure calibration.
