This Refund Policy outlines the terms governing all payments made to Golden Tree Events LLC (hereinafter referred to as “Organizer”) for nominations, registrations, winner packages, event tickets, sponsorships, exhibitor participation, and any related services.
By making any payment to the Organizer, you agree to this Refund Policy in full.
1. General Refund Policy
- All payments made to the Organizer are strictly non-refundable, whether in full or in part.
- No refunds shall be provided for non-utilization, partial utilization, or inability to attend/use any service for any reason whatsoever.
- This policy applies irrespective of personal circumstances, travel restrictions, visa issues, business decisions, or any external factors.
2. Nomination / Registration Payment
- All nomination or registration fees are non-refundable once paid.
- No refund shall be issued if the nominee is selected or announced as a Winner.
Non-Selection Case (Credit Policy)
- If a nominee is not selected as a winner in any category, the paid nomination fee:
- Will not be refunded in cash, and
- Can be utilized as a credit for nomination in the next year’s awards program (one-time use only).
- This credit:
- Is non-transferable,
- Is non-extendable beyond one cycle,
- Cannot be converted into cash or any other form of refund.
3. Winner Package
- All payments made towards Winner Packages are 100% non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Once a package is confirmed and paid for, it is considered final and binding.
Damaged Items Policy
- In case of damage to any delivered item (trophy, plaque, medal, etc.):
- The Organizer will arrange a replacement.
- One-time replacement may be provided free of cost (excluding shipping, if applicable).
- For any additional replacements, all production and shipping costs must be borne by the client.
4. Event Tickets / Sponsorship / Exhibitor / Other Event Payments
- All payments related to:
- Event Tickets
- Sponsorship Packages
- Exhibitor Participation
- Any Event-related Services
are 100% non-refundable.
- No refunds shall be provided for:
- Partial participation
- Non-attendance
- Cancellation by the participant
- Unused benefits or services
5. Event Postponement / Cancellation by Organizer
- In the event that the Organizer postpones or cancels an event due to unforeseen circumstances (including but not limited to force majeure, geopolitical situations, government restrictions, or operational reasons):
- No cash refund shall be issued.
- The full amount paid will be converted into a credit note.
- This credit can be used for:
- The rescheduled event, or
- Any future event organized by the Organizer.
- The credit:
- Must be used within the timeframe communicated by the Organizer,
- Is non-transferable,
- Cannot be redeemed for cash.
6. No Refund for Non-Utilized Services
- The Organizer shall not be liable to provide any refund for services that are:
- Not utilized,
- Partially utilized, or
- Missed due to any reason from the participant’s side.
7. Exceptional Circumstances
- The Organizer does not entertain refund requests under any exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Personal emergencies
- Medical conditions
- Travel restrictions or visa issues
- Business or financial constraints
All such situations will strictly fall under the no refund policy.
8. Final Authority
- The Organizer reserves the absolute right and discretion to interpret, modify, or enforce this Refund Policy.
- All decisions made by the Organizer shall be final and binding.
9. Agreement
By proceeding with any payment, you acknowledge that:
- You have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy,
- You accept that no refunds will be provided under any circumstances,
- You agree to abide by all terms stated herein.
